Terms and Conditions of 4win — Clear Rules for Safe Play

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of all services offered by the 4win platform, available at 4win.life and on its mobile apps and versions. 4win operates in compliance with Brazilian fixed-odds Sports Betting legislation, pursuant to the Law No. 14,790/2023 and the regulations of the Ministry of Finance.

By clicking "Sign Up", making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you expressly confirm that:

• Has fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Has the legal capacity to enter into contracts in Brazil and is at least 18 years old;
• The information provided at registration is truthful, current, and complete;
• Not listed on any voluntary gambling or Sports Betting exclusion registry in Brazil.

4win reserves the right to refuse or close accounts that do not meet these requirements, as well as to suspend access to specific services without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms.

To create a 4win account and access its services, users must:

• Be an individual resident in Brazil and have completed 18 years of age or more;
• Hold a valid CPF registered and active with the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Provide a valid email address and an active Brazilian mobile number for verification purposes;
• Not have had a previous account closed by 4win for breach of terms.

Each individual may hold one active account only on 4win. Creating duplicate accounts — even with different email addresses, CPFs, or documents — is prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all identified accounts and the freezing of balances, including pending winnings, for the duration of the investigation.

Registration is free and requires no initial deposit to complete. 4win may decline a registration request without providing a reason.

To ensure compliance with Brazilian law and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and misuse of the platform, 4win applies identity verification processes, known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time by the compliance team. Documents that may be requested include:

• Official government-issued photo ID (National ID, Driver's License, or valid Passport);
• Proof of residence in Brazil issued within the last 3 months;
• Proof of ownership of the Pix key or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals;
• Selfie with ID document, as requested by the verification system.

The review period for submitted documents is up to 24 business hours. During business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Brasília time), most cases are resolved in under 1 hour. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held until verification is complete, but can continue placing bets normally.

4win accepts the following deposit methods, all available in Brazilian reais (R$):

• Pix — instant credit to your 4win account within seconds of payment. Recommended method;
• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard issued by Brazilian banks;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — processed within 1 business day;
• PicPay — credited within 10 minutes;
• Mercado Pago — credited within 10 minutes.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 per transaction. There is no maximum limit set for deposits, although transactions above certain thresholds may be subject to additional verification in accordance with regulatory requirements.

4win does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or international payment methods. All amounts on the platform are in Brazilian reais (BRL — R$). Deposits made by third parties (non-account holders) will be declined and returned to the source.

4win processes withdrawals exclusively to accounts and Pix keys held in the name of the registered user — the CPF linked to the destination Pix key or bank account must match matching the CPF of the 4win account holder.

The available withdrawal methods are:

• Pix — automated processing within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays;
• Bank transfer (TED) — for specific cases requested by support, within up to 1 business day.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. The 5-minute timeframe applies to already verified accounts (full KYC). For a first withdrawal from an unverified account, processing waits until identity verification is complete.

4win reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 per transaction or above R$ 20,000.00 accumulated within 30 calendar days, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulatory requirements.

Withdrawals from bonus-originated balance are subject to full completion of rollover requirements before being released. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus balance, after the rollover is met, are eligible for withdrawal.

4win offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, with a maximum bonus value of R$ 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically once the deposit is confirmed — no promo code needed.

The general terms applicable to the welcome bonus and other 4win promotions are:

• Rollover: 10× (ten times) the bonus amount received, within 30 calendar days from the date of credit;
• Minimum odd for Sports Betting wagers to count toward rollover: 1.50 per selection;
• Rollover contribution by bet type: Sports Betting contributes 100%; Live Casino games and blackjack contribute 10%; slots contribute 100%; crash games contribute 50%;
• The bonus cannot be used on bets with odds below 1.50 or on markets excluded as indicated on each promotion's page;
• If a withdrawal is requested before the rollover requirement is met, the bonus balance and any unconverted winnings are automatically forfeited — only the real deposit balance is released for withdrawal;
• Each eligible user may redeem a bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional bonuses will be closed.

4win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with advance notice published on the platform whenever possible. Specific promotions may have additional terms detailed on their respective offer pages.

4win offers fixed-odds Sports Betting across a wide range of disciplines, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League and other competitions), MMA and UFC, e-sports (CS2, Valorant, League of Legends, Dota 2), basketball (NBB), volleyball and other national and international sports.

General rules applicable to all Sports Betting on 4win:

• Bets may only be placed on events with odds available on the platform at the time of confirmation;
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except in markets that offer the cash out (early cash out), when available;
• If an event is canceled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the original date, all bets are fully refunded to the account balance;
• Bets placed on events that had already started before being confirmed on the platform will be voided and refunded;
• 4win uses official sources from tournament organizers and sports governing bodies to settle event results. In the event of a dispute over an outcome, the decision of the relevant organizing body shall prevail.

The minimum bet per selection is R$ 1.00. For combination bets (multiples), the minimum is R$ 1.00 for the entire bet, regardless of the number of selections.

The casino games available on 4win — including slots, live blackjack, live roulette, baccarat, crash games, and more — are provided by certified suppliers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and PG Soft, all audited by independent bodies including eCOGRA and GLI.

• Do not access the platform on public Wi-Fi networks without VPN protection;
• Never share your login credentials with third parties under any circumstances.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 4win support immediately via live chat or at suporte@4win.life. 4win is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of credentials by third parties where the user failed to follow the recommended security measures.

Accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity may be classified as inactive. 4win will notify the registered email address 30 days in advance before taking any administrative action on inactive accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4win platform and is subject to immediate account suspension and balance freezing pending investigation:

• Creating more than one account per individual (duplicate accounts);
• Use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any tool that simulates human interaction for placing bets, launching games, or claiming bonuses;
• Any form of match manipulation, including combining bets across different accounts to guarantee profit regardless of the outcome (matched betting irregular);
• Using the platform for money laundering or to finance illegal activities;
• Using credit card details, bank accounts, or Pix keys belonging to third parties without the express authorization of the account holder;
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities, bugs, or unintended behaviors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Harassment, threats or offensive language directed at support agents or other users in platform chats.

4win reserves the right to close any account involved in the above conduct, cancel related bets and promotions, and hold any suspicious balances for as long as necessary to carry out a proper investigation, cooperating with the relevant authorities whenever required by law.

4win makes every effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance, and unplanned outages caused by technical failures, third-party issues, or external infrastructure are beyond 4win's control.

4win is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's internet connection failures during a bet or gaming session;
• Betting decisions made based on unverified third-party information;
• Transaction delays caused by failures in banking systems or external payment infrastructure;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized use of the account by third parties when the user failed to follow the security recommendations described in these terms.

Under no circumstances shall 4win's total liability for any individual user claim exceed the available balance in the user's account at the time the claim arose.

4win collects and processes users' personal data solely for the purposes described in its Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018).

The data we collect includes registration information (name, CPF, email, phone number, address), financial transaction data, betting history, and technical access data (IP address, device, browser). This data is used for:

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including, without limitation, the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), Lei nº 14.790/2023 (fixed-odds Sports Betting), the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the sector.

For the resolution of any dispute arising from these terms or the use of 4win's services, the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
