Logging in to 4win is quick, but that doesn't mean it's any less secure. The platform uses SSL 256-bit encryption on all communications between your device and its servers — the same standard used by Brazil's leading digital banks, including Nubank, Itaú, and Bradesco.
Every session on 4win generates a unique, temporary token that expires automatically after a period of inactivity. This means that even if someone accesses the device you used to log in after you've left, the session will already be closed.
4win also monitors access patterns to detect suspicious login attempts — such as logins from unknown IPs, multiple failed password attempts, or access at unusual times and locations for that account. If anything out of the ordinary is detected, the account is temporarily locked and the account holder is notified by email to confirm their identity.
For maximum security, 4win offers two-factor authentication (2FA) to all users. With 2FA enabled, you'll need to confirm each login with a code sent to your registered phone number, in addition to your password. Enable it under "Settings > Security" after logging in.
